This program is funded by SDP. They invest in education and infrastructure as a pathway to a better future for the people of Papua New Guinea. SDP funded  funded the technical upgrade, geographic expansion and ongoing maintenance of the Western Provincial telecommunication network.

In a shared value partnership with PNGSDP, Digicel is helping ensure a more connected future for the Western Province through upgrading the telecommunications infrastructure to help bridge the digital divide
